An estimate is not a contract, but rather a snapshot of what to expect and how long it will take to complete the project. Variable expensed do occur and it is common to encounter unforeseen obstacles in a project. We will consult you and provide you with a separate estimate if any added expenses should arise. As always, we must receive authorization prior to starting any work. Estimates are always free unless a more detailed inspection is required.

Once your information has been received, you will received a call from us within 24 hours to book your appointment. The estimate is entirely free and there is no obligation to purchase any of our services. Once your appointment has been set, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. The day of your appointment, an estimator from our company will meet with you at your project site and conduct a walk through – giving you time to discuss in detail more about your expectations, needs, and ideas. A zoom or in-person meeting will then be scheduled to go over your detailed estimate outlining your project within 72 hours after your job-walk meeting. For more complex projects, such as commercial remodels, whole home remodels, and design and build projects, please allow up to two weeks to receive an estimate.
